The brief was to create an Alcohol brand linked to my home town Norwich - I have created a brand called the stranger canaries linked to the strangers and how we got canaries. I wanted to use just black and white yet add a hint of colour which is why I linked the canary to the design. I created a handwritten created ink type also the design is made out of ink to add a quirky, unique design to reflect the brand.
How the bottle and label would look together - the label is cut through with the bird coming through behind the cage design as wrapped behind the bottle so the alcohol magnifies it.
